What did you do to get it working? A few other people have that problem very frequent with youtube. about half of the times I can't play youtube videos.
What I do is to download them with "youtubedownloader3000" from
http://www.youtubehacks.info/
Sometimes I think I have to update the FLASH drivers. Please, let me know.
