The uproar on the blog was appropriate.
If you look at HTC and their devices, they will offer an immediate update download for their older ones as soon as win 6.5 is available - not only for win 6.5 but for their new 'sense' surface as well. That's customer service.
I am really tempted to leave SE behind for the last time and move on to HTC and their 'Leo'.
