well they told me all they needed was for me to send the shield back in a plain envelope and none of the original packaging.

I recommend you guys get a martin field screen protector which i did for my x1 and i can tell you it is crystal clear and excellent quality. the screen protector comes with another protector for your camera lens at the back too. Definitely worth the penny spent.

pdair.com has pretty good screen protectors. I bought an antiglare one and a transparent one. The thing is, you'll have to get it on right the first time or else dust will get underneath if you try to reapply for the second time.
