Default SAT/NAV application

i've been hearing things like they've got google maps on it, but i don't think it will be the case of "take the next left" etc

i've had a look around and so far i think that Garmin Mobile XT - Sat Nav for Smartphones and Mobiles is the best software out!

anyother softwares that you guys think would be good or better?

Definitely. With the added TMC service it's worth a lot of saved time.

And considering that tomtom and HTC-Phones work together splendidly there is a great chance that it will be running smoothly on the X1 as well.

As discussed in the apps thread already, I really hope that JKingGrim's prediction comes true and they will release the navigator 7 on CD.

I had a stand alone tom tom for a while, then I moved up to a garmin. I 'm completely satisfied with the qualite of all features of the garmin by far better than my old tom tom. However, I have not experience with mobile versions. I probably will try the garmin.

It doesn't?

I thought if the device has radio receiver abilities, it can receive the TMC-signals?

Has anyone found a way of rotating the screen with out flipping out the keyboard? TTN looks best in landscape.
