Can't download any free themes or wallpapers

Ive been trying to figure how to actually download wallpapers from the SE site. Sony Ericsson It tells you how to do so, but I never see the option to actually download anything. Help would be appreciated.

I think you have a "my content" or something and you put them there and can then either download to the phone or via WAP. I don't think they're really meant for the x1. I'm quite happy with the current look and mostly use spb so I'm waiting for a fuller version with skins.

as far as i can tell non of those are for windows mobile

if you search there are millions of free themes out there

i really want the wallpapers on SE site, they look so good, and look like they can really show off the screen. especially that one with the rainbows X's and the one called nebulla.

You can also make any image your background. Select it in the pictures and videos program and goto menu->set as today background.

i Know, but the SE backgrounds have so much clarity and depth, plus they go well with the SE theme on the phone.

Surely you can download them to pc and pull the image out? I'll tinker later.

no you can't they dont display the file as the full image, they only show the small thumbnail.

Ok, I tried it just for the heck of it. Works perfectly.

Just take your X1 and open Opera. Then type sonyericsson.com/fun
and you will get a handset optimized site where only the X1 compatible themes, panels and other stuff is displayed. Then you can dowload what you like. No loggin in, nothing. Very nice.

Nice it worked, if only i could get the wifi in my house to work!!!! Idk what the problem is, it connects to other routers in my neighborhood fine, but mine it doesn't.
