Default what does .net framework do?

i have noticed some people mention its a worthwhile install on the Xperia. What is it for? will upgrading to the 3.5 version solve the problem i have been having running some games?

Does anyone know how to install the .NET Compact Framework 3.5 Redistributable 3.5 as it isn't the stardard .cab file?

Just install it on you rPC, it will then prompt for an install on your PocketPC

Tried that but it just installs on my PC only, any other ideas?

Hi.. just run windows mobile device center then run the file and it should prompt you to install on your mobile

.Net Framework is already installed on my PC so when i run the file i get three options, Repair, Modify or Remove, which should i be selecting?

Just download the CAB from here:
xda-developers - View Single Post - Microsoft .NET Compact Framework 3.5 RTM (*Updated* OEM Mobile Packages)
Install NETCFv35.ppc.armv4.cab.

maybe the problem was that .net 3.5 is not the same thing as .net compact framework 3.5 ?
