I have had my X1 for a month or so now and have noticed that there are an increasing number of websites that i cannot view regardless of if i'm using IE or Opera. The most annoying being my Exchange Webmail page. I've also recently noticed that i cannot even see this commercial website either Domain registration - Domain registration company UK - UKreg. Is anyone else having this issue? Does anyone know how to remedy it?

I know about one website that displays like crap. It does it on the X1 and my brother's iPhone. The problem on that site is that it has some spaces that makes the layout look bad. I have not experienced any other sites that look too bad. I can't remember any... But that doesn't mean it doesn't exist.

Check to see if the websites you're visiting has a Mobile option, which is normally a small link at the top or bottom of the page. It may happen that their web server is unable to detect the browser type and serves the pages incorrectly. The other possibility also they are using Java, ActiveX or Flash (or Silverlight!?) components that cannot display properly on IE or Opera (it does happen). Finally, it could be just plain bad or sloppy HTML (yes, some webmasters still prefer to write their own code).

I do not even get to see these sites, i just get the error: A problem has occured with Opera9.exe. Please tell Microsoft about this problem, at not cost to you... Does anyone know how to view the actual error so i can Google it and see what the problem is? Also where can i download and install Java, ActiveX and Flash?

I had a problem with Opera crashing when I installed the mobile version of Flash (not FlashLite). I just uninstalled it and Opera went back to normal. And I don't have any problems viewing my Microsoft Exchange (Office Outlook Web Access) page, if that's what i_will_not_buy_iphone ment. I use the Light version/view.
