| Hello, I am trying to find out how (assuming it is possible), to sync multiple email accounts in Outlook 2007 to my WM6 device. I just got activessync the other day to save my mail onto the storage card, instead of the internal memory but "obviously" only one email account syncs at the moment. Was curious how to sync more. Is there any software someone could recommend or something. Or if it can be done without additional software, I wouldnt mind knowing how. Thanks.

| I did come across this in my continued search but still of course, would be great if a simpler solution could be found: HOW TO sync multiple Exchange ActiveSync accounts - PPCGeeks

| Has anyone used Momail from Momail . I am trying to figure out, if it only supports one email account or multiple accounts. And obvioulsy, can it sync with Outlook or some desktop application in some way, through the cloud for example. I know people are going to say just "do a search" but I am finding some difficulty in finding an answer to my question. I do realise it supports multiple email accounts but was wondering if I can access all the email accounts in one interface (under one login name) but then the interface itslef has a different Inbox, Sent, Drafts for each email account or what?

| I have three email accounts on my X1, as well as syncing my inbox with outlook 2007. All i did was simply set each account up in messaging, and set them to send/receive every 2 hrs, or i manually do it when it suits me. I have the X1 set to "wireless preferred", but if not available it switches to GSM. I've also left it set to download headers only. Hope this helps...... |

| @dc1162: I realise that I can add accounts to the X1 and also have my Inbox from Outlook 2007 sync. However, I was trying to sync all my accounts between Outlook and the X1. So say I have "default email account", this would sync through ActiveSync currently but let's say I have "news only email account" and "business email account", was trying to find some way to sync these other two accounts also. I also realise that I can setup the other two accounts on my X1 and pull the email onto the handheld device, but I need to keep my desktop in sync, because I do use my laptop when at home, and prefer to look at a bigger screen when I can. @doministry: does ProfiMail allow you to sync multiple accounts like that? Thanks for the suggestions also, from the both of you all.

| @dc1162: How exactly did you do that, if it is easy to explain? Right now I have my default email account with it's own pst file. And the second and third account in separate pst files. So on the left hand side of Outlook 2007, I have Default email, with its sub folders: Inbox, Deleted, Sent, [and others], then a Second email, with its own sub folders. So if you are able to, could you explain how you accomplished what you did? And are you able to have your 2nd and 3rd email accounts, to still have the ability of having their own Inbox, Sent and Deleted items folders, so that you can quickly see the activity associated with those accounts?

| Jim, I’ll try, 1. Right mouse click on inbox (in outlet 2007), and add new folder. Say, Jim 2. Do the same for Jim 3, Jim 4, etc 2. Then right mouse on an email to Jim 2, and create a rule for an email to Jim 2, to auto move it to that folder. Do the same for the other accounts. Now your emails are sorted into “boxes” for your accounts.... So, now open Windows Mobile Sync, go to Sync settings, emails, sub accounts, and tick the sub-accounts you want to sync. Next time you sync, all your accounts will....... to view, simply tap on “Outlook email”, then sub-accounts.............. |
