A blogging/youtube panel would be a great idea, as it is a way of life. Its your portal to your world, your social network, and it pulls together all the functions to make your blogging, and reading blogs an engaging experience

Photo sharing panel - like flickr, shozu, picassa, view and post photos, albums etc

A traveller's panel - that pulls weather, maps, guides, currency exchange, translation, phrase book

business and markets panel - pulling together news, market indices, stock portfolios

contact management panel - track and manage your contacts and leads, sales leads, notes, call logs, etc

Media & entertainment panel - make one better than the SE media panel

Instant Messaging panel - pull together Yahoo, MSN, Gtalk, ICQ, AIM etc in one page, like Meebo or Radius

Uber Messaging Panel - SMS, MMS, Email, IM etc

Mashup Panel - brew your own stuff

Game panel would be nice. Have some nice games already developed but also encourage new to be developed in that way.

Yes, that would be a panel that opens up to Tiffany, Prada, Gucci and Chanel store... Oh, and I forgot, Manolo Blahnik and Jimmy Choo....
