LJ Mobile allows you to easily post a LiveJournal entry from your mobile device, as well as any of the following:

• Add a photo to your entry
• Add a tag to your entry
• Create a customized list of tags for use with your mobile device
• Select the security setting of your entry
• Upload a photo to ScrapBook without making a journal entry

I've actually been using this since I got my X1, very nifty little program. It's actually written by typepad, and they have versions for other blogging sites as well.
