The dutch online shop PDAshop.nl has posted the details of Xperia. It wil be available in Silver and Black for €679.

No release date set, but they told me it will be soon!

I noticed it. But seems you can't get a price yet with a provider until the phone is on stock. So it's hard to compare where to get it.
