Price with a Plan?

Okay, I realize the US release isn't going to be announced until November, and the Canadian Release will probably be a bit after that, but I really won't be able to get this phone unless the price with a plan (don't really care about how long it is, just want something good and durable that'll last a couple years). I can probably squeeze $2-300 for the phone with a plan so, yeah, this is going to be my first cell phone so I'm not really sure what the price range will be with a plan. If this one is too much, I'll probably just get a HTC Touch Pro, (going to be released in a bit for around $300) or some cheap phone so any estimate would be nice.
