Person not hearing you when calling

I've experienced this problem two times now. Has anyone else?

The thing is: someone calls me and although I can hear him talking, he doesn't hear me. Only sollution seems to be "reboot phone".

I don't know what I have been doing to get to this situation. I use earphones (not headset version that comes with X1 but my own earphones without mike) a lot on the phone but I don't think that's got anything to do with it. I also use bluetooth audio from time to time, but that doesn't seem to be the reason either... Well actually, I just can't find what triggers the problem.

Anyone else experienced this? Sollution?

does'nt help having the microphone so close to where you naturally handle the phone, caught myself out with this one once!
