Default battery plate.

Hello everyone.

I've just recieved my Xperia this morning, been looking forward to it for weeks... but my battery plate doesnt seem to fit correctly and is constantly "popping" open. I thought I had clipped it on fully, but it just popped off again.

Anyone else have this problem or know whats going on?

No I haven't had that problem, but the system for which the cover goes on it badly implemented as the spot where the clip goes into is plastic and the cover is metal, so over time I would imagine, it would wear away and get loose. All i can suggest is that you press both sides down tightly and make sure everything is flush.

It's a very common problem but it will pass with time.
Just make sure that you put the battery cover correctly.

There have been other postings of this issue. It was solved by bending the metal tabs on the SS cover to be tighter
