Hi sorry for being a newbie but what is soft reset and hard reset. And how do I do it on my Xperia? Thanks

Sorry but I couldnt find it in the manual. Can you just tell me how?

It is in the manual.
Soft reset: take off your battery cover and there should be tiny hole on the right side. Use your stylus and push it in. This just powers off and on the machine.

Hard reset: go into settings and the second tab. Click Clear storage, enter 1234 into the text box, and press ok. This wipes off all data and restores factory settings.
