Sony Style Store Delays

Is anyone else besides me still waiting on the their Xperia to ship from Sony Style? It was supposed to ship on 12/08 but has been delayed now.

Just FYI if you call them up and complain they give you a $40 + tax credit back in your account once the order goes through. Obviously I would rather have had my Xperia on time, but at least they are willing to compensate you for delays. I have never heard of a store doing this before.
