went to the 3 network shop today and asked if they are going to release the x1.. the guy from the shop said no.. but i read on the internet that they are looking for a november release date.. also on the x1's page at wikipedia says that 3 network is its carrier.. but it's not on 3 networks official site..

hopefully they will release it on 3 as i think it would be the cheapest option to get this phone!!

I think the networks and stores are still recovering from the shock that SE ACTUALLY DID RELEASE the Xperia X1 on time as they announced so. And not just one phone, but a whole slew of phones. They must be panicking and working overtime to recover and prepare the phones for sale

O2 should be running it the same day as Vodafone, or a couple of days later. Carphone Warehouse are showing that O2 and Orange will carry it. No joy from Orange yet, though, but I won't go with them as their software is poor.

So, its likely O2 for me (UK), as I get a discount on rental etc, and Ima go for thier Broadband too, and save even more money!

If i get any more info, I'll let you know.
