No idea if the information itself hast changed.

The table of contents has a different progression of the chapters and some subchapters have been added.

There seems to be one change - the instructions on how to assign a selection key to switch between portrait and landscape orientation has been removed completely. It was present in the version submitted to the FCC, but no longer present in this new version.
