| You know, It might not be Sony's fault all the way. Ask AT&T why wouldn't they carry it? ![]() Besides, a few poster above already mentioned: It's a normal price for unbranded unlocked phone....which is still too high IMO...What kinda world we live in when a laptop is cheaper than a mobile phone?? :O |

If a phone can do almost anything my laptop does and even remote log into my laptop when it cant, is it still just a phone? It will never replace a laptop for me, but its much more than a phone. |

| I was toying with the idea of the G1 as well. But my real reason for the X1 was the 800x480 screen. The rest of the features are "yeah, whatever". If I can't find an alternatve, I may go with the Touch Pro, if only to get at the available WinMo software base. In principal, it should be possible to sign a 2-year contract with AT&T and get a SIM plus a few hundred dollars credit toward your bill. Does anyone know if such a deal can be had anywhere? |
