Default Who here as done the Firmware update

Me today as I lost my Bluetooth with the Audi as I was driving. Grrrr.
Had to update all my apps but this time I put them on the memory card as I got a 8GB one from Sandisk.

I did the update from Austria R1 ROM to Switzerland R2 ROM.

Main thing is that reception and speed is much better. And the crashes are mostly gone.

im frustrated that people give u the rom files but no instruction on how to install it. i downloaded the r2 for generic uk version to my pc then put it on my storage card. when i select the file from my phone it says "there is no application associated with...". could sum 1 plz help me.

i tried that also but it said it was up to date. i have the august rom.

You just need to go through the update process anyway

I installed the Generic_UK ROM update, and so far so good. Very stable and slightly better responsiveness and performance. Memory usage is certainly improved.
