A hard reset and re-installing Windows Mobile Device Center seems to have done the trick!

Default Two questions

I have 32-bit Vista and am using WMDC. I successfully downloaded epocrates onto my X1 last night even though there was an unsuccessful sync message on the WMDC log. What does this mean?

Also, I had been hoping to load it at least partly onto my micro SD card, but couldn't figure out how to do that. Please point me in the right direction.
