MS Exchange Push Email

Does anyone know how to set this up or the URL of a website that explains how it's done? Does it require special software to be installed on our Exchange Server?

Ideally what i want is a copy of all emails to go to my X1 as well as my PC and any emails i delete on my X1 to be deleted from Exchange, is this possible?

if your company has Exchange/outlook web access (owa) then put in the server name i.e. owa.companyname.com using SSL (check box), then username and passord that you use for OWA. I needed to install a root certificate (security measure) which I downloaded from the company web page (you IT admin can tell you) and installed that....and viola it works!
