| Hey guys I have a question about the GPS in the X! and Touch Pro Does the gps need a data plan in order to work? and do I need a commerical product to run the gps or can I just pick up a free software. Because on my blackjack 2, I unlocked my GPS to work with google maps without a data plan, and I gata be honest it's pretty impressive, very fast with pretty close approximation. AT&T wanted me to use Telenav (10$ per month) with a Data plan, I live in Canada and Data plans here are for people who find diamond bedazzled money under there couch beds... I'm not one of these ppl ![]() is this the same for the XPERIA and the TOUCH PRO/Diamond? I know this issue has been SORTA addressed, but I need clarification. Thanks

| Nah, you don't NEED a data plan. Google Maps is meant to pre-installed on the XPERIA and it is totally free. You can also get free 3rd party apps like CoPilot and download some maps and use it as a TRUE gps with voice directions and more. Oh yea. Just to let people in. If you have been to BengalBoy's XPERIA Review lately then you would know that TouchFlo is succesfully working on the XPERIA. SWEEEEEEEEET!!!!!!! |

| OMG, great news! He's even saying that the TOUCH FLO will actually be included with the Xperia... is that what he's saying? "After receiving my Advantage X7510 and playing with "Touch Flo" more I simply tried using the S.E.X1 with my fingers instead of the stylus on the messaging client and found that it was indeed working although no evidence of it is found on the device other than the folder in the system OS. After playing with it, "Touch Flo" is certainly going to be on the S.E.X1 as it and the tiny form factor of the S.E.X1 just go together like "T & A" I'm discovering a better way of moving through my messages and email with just my thumb and a swipe of it across the screen. The S.E.X1 with "Touch Flo" and the "Opticalo Joystick" are going to be very useful tools in making this tiny device a very capable data entry tool on the go. "Touch Flo" just makes more sense in a device as small as this compared to my Advantage which is more of a stylus type device with its palm top form factor and magnetic keyboard attachment."
