celluloco.com's preorder revealed the launch date of Xperia ?

following link indicates that Xperia x1 will be available to order
from september 11th.

price of it is not that surprising, but disappointing.
(wished it wouldn't be this high )

Called them up and they said the its just a tentative date. they have no confirmation from manufacturer.

Well, October would be a good enough date for me. As long as over here in Singapore it ain't as delayed as the case of the Touch Pro (it was only released here last weekend whereas it'd been released for a while elsewhere).

Ok I just got off the phone with celluloco after seeing the september 23rd ship date, he said that the 23rd is an accurate date and that if I didn't place my order recently, I would have to wait like 2 weeks to get one because too many people are pre ordering it, so he said the faster I place the order, the more likely i will get one soon. This may have been a scheme to get me to place an order but idk, he sounded pretty honest.
