And here's the REAL FINAL UNBOXING...

http://m3.idg.se/2.1022/1.183954/xperia-unboxing

actual unboxing starts at 2 mins into the video, so be patient
the final box is soooo droolworthy, nothing like the previous ones we've seen

And a detailed review article...

All in Swedish, if some kind soul would be kind enough to translate.

Is it just me or is the box a little dissapointing for such a high end phone.

Also, there arnt any accesories that comes in the package? I thought they would include something handy as it is a flagship phone...

I've got google to translate it read here

I also found another video of the x1 here. Note that the video is in french... As far I understood the guy, it's a final production model (with 384 RAM ). Maybe some native French around who could tell us if the guy in de review has something new to add to our knowlegde of the x1?

Thank You Sony for making the box like a cheap-@$$ sidekick. Who doesn't agree with me on that ?
384mb Ram? wow, that's quite impressive. Overall a good video. Thanks For Posting!

At 7:07, note the RAM is listed at 256mb not 384mb. I don't think this is the final release version. It was lagging a little here and there but pretty fast when switching screen orientation and opening up some apps, so it must be a later model in the pre-production phase but I doubt this is the final product.

When you start up for the first time out of the box, doesn't it take longer than usual for it to load up? After that, the start-up should be faster. Can anyone confirm this?

I thought the final X1 box looked pretty cool from the video above. What were you all expecting? Customised pear wood box with velvet lining?
