Just get it from 3HK,
3 Hong Kong

HK$5980 for just the phone.

HK$3980 with 18 months contract.

HK doesn't sell locked phones...

Even the phone companies don't sell locked phones...

Even the iPhones sold in HK were unlocked...by default....
