AT&T to Carry the X1

I talked with a Sony rep today and asked him if any carrier will pick up the Xperia and subsidize the price any.

He didn't confirm with a yes or no. He says "Seeing how big AT&T is in the US, there's a high chance of them picking up our product because of the value it has to offer. But it will be a while as to how long it will take them."

So chances are it'll be later than sooner... :P
but hey, at least it's hope.
We just have to wait it out on AT&T now...

Still way too long. It should come out to ATT right now. I KNOW the reason it isn't is because they just got the Fuze and don't want to carry such a similar product. I've gotta' say, I need to switch to ATT here in the next week, I think I may just get the Fuze. ****.

Best news iHeard all day! iCan wait, especially seein' that AT&T iS iT's strong suggested carrier. iF the Fuze iS $299 then $399 for the Xperia X1 will be great. As far as iCan see, we're not missin' out on nothin' right now. iT'll still be the same phone iF iT was $799 or free. So what iF iHave to wait a few months to get the X1. The money i'Ll save buyin' the X1 later iCan use to ditch the contract when a better phone comes out. No matter what, i'M iN a win win situation!
