Larger Caller ID Pics and for SMS?

is there any way/program that gives a larger contact picture for incoming calls and also gets the contact picture to come up when receiving a text message?

ive had a little play with S2U2 but it just slowed my phone right down!
the older SE phones didnt have a problem with this....
