I am a new proud owner of the X1i for less than 1 week. Got to say this phone is amazing! Everything from the construction, design and functionality is great (software may require slight improvement). There is a one gripe that I have had with almost all SE phone that I had before (K800, P1, K850, W series) is that the speakerphone volume is too low. Making phone calls driving on the freeway close to impossible (especially it is mandatory now in California and I hate to use headphone). However, the volume when playing movie or music is loud and clear. So, I am wondering if anyone has a way to make the speakerphone volume louder? Thanks in advance!!

If you are using the media player you can turn up the volume there. Else I recommend the buttons on the upper right side of the phone for volume adjustments. I do agree that the speaker phone volume can be quite low from time to time, but I've also noticed that it depends on the carrier.

Hello, in fact I experience the contrary. We are few people to experience troubles with shuffle (blow ?) either in the ear speaker or with "hands free kit". In conversation we always have a shuffle. When you play a MP3 there's no problem, the shuffle is covered by the music but when you stop playing you hear the shuffle for 2 seconds then stops. In fact the volume is much more higher than with my HTC Touch Pro (Raphael), so it is as the gain of the X1 amplify the shuffle. In fact after few days with this phone it starts to be boring... I don't know if somebody else experienced this problem, but in france it seems the number of cases linked to this issue increase. Best regards
