| I fell in love with Xperia but in demo clips, it was a little slow. Is there any tests to score Qualcomm MSM7200A 528MHz and Marvell PXA310 624 MHz which is better? And I want to know that does Xperia 1 support Windows Mobile 7 ?. ( here for more details ) X1 has Shake Control (like W910i) and i think maybe it will be compatible well. Anyone agree with me? If it doesn't, I think I will wait and keep on working with Ipaq 210. ![]() ![]() Bonus, Xperia 1 vs Iphone ![]() Great forum !! ^^ Last edited by linhgenius : 04-13-2008 at 08:03 AM. |

| Whether or not the X1 gets a WM7 upgrade just depends on whether MS and SE (and your carrier if you purchase a locked version) want to release an upgrade. Also, there is always hope for the wonderful XDA devs to get WM7 hacked from another device. As far as the processor, battery life of the MSM7200A will be much better due to 65nm tech. I think the performance of the Qualcomm chip will also be better. One reason is that the Qualcomm chip has a separate cpu core to handle phone tasks. Also, the X1 should utilize the hardware graphics acceleration of the ATI chip in the MSM chipset. I played with the X1 for a little while and the performance wasnt great, but it is still in beta form. I expect the final to be much improved. Welcome to the forum. |

| I think an upgrade isn't important because it's only a software problem . I wonder if hardware of 1 will be strong enough or not. To use some functions like "shake to wake up", "move the device forward and backward to zoom in and out of the image", "screen can be shook or doodled one",.. ( in this page), X1 must be equipped well. Thanks for your answer. Maybe we should wait for her release in Aug 2008 but I'm so curious to "SenseHer" now.
