Default Network type keep changing

Every time I set the network type to WCDMA it keep changing back to auto...preventing me from using video calls and such...how do I fix this?

Do you actually have the option of choosing video call? My X1a does not have it. SE is a bit concern about this.

yea I do but cant cuz I dont have 3G which i cant use cuz of the WCDMA setting that keep changing
