X1i Stopped Vibrating !!!

I have noticed that my X1 has stopped vibrating, I've tried to do everything and it just stopped!!! i even called the customer support and all they wanted to do is make me send it for 10 days to check and fix whats wrong with it, i wish there is a much simpler solution

Can you identify any software you installed, or any hard resets that yu did before this happeneD?

nope,didn't have any hard reset since i got it and no new software installed as well, have u experienced any thing like that??

Get SPB Backup either way.
If you send it in they will definitly do a hard reset.

SPB Backup (the current , new version) is really really good. It keeps all your programs, tweaks, etc. I used it once now and it worked like a charm.
