Arrow XPERIA : Share your likes and dislikes

Many are awaiting the release of the XPERIA.
I for one will buy it on its 1st day.
It cannot be a mistake & disappointment like my TyTN II, no need for me to wait for a user review to buy the XPERIA.

Share your opinion about the XPERIA here.

My likes:
1) Design (Arc, Slim, Both Color finish)
2) Weight (145gms)
3) Keyboard spaced layout
4) Solid metal finish
5) The slightly faster processor Vs TyTN II's 400MHz Qual
6) WVGA Screen in browsing (800x480)
7) Drivers being available to fully utilize the H/W
8) 30Fps media playback and shooting

#Keyboard spaced layout will help decrease user input mistakes.

#800x480 wvga is a winner internet browsing screen, but will it face s/w compatibility issues?

#For confirmation about the drivers being available, check here in (Under the Hood) section
http://wmexperts.com/reviews/smartph...ons_of_th.html

#A 30fps playback and shooting, at last a true functional camera on a PDA. It has been a while since a decent camera on a PDA as SAMSUNG SGH-I750 was seen. I think since it is capable of 30Fps, it is already a given that it HAS the drivers logically.

My Dislikes:
1) No arrow keys on the qwerty
2) Screen Size & S/W Compatibility problem (If present, hopefully not)
3) Some markets (US) will have 20fps cam shooting which is a NO GO BUY FOR ME

#Arrow keys which are always a useful have on your keyboard for not to reach up for the 4way nav-pad (It is actually said to be easy to reach on the XPERIA, hopefully) And is also a very useful have if you are intending to have some gaming XPERIENCE with this device.

#Alot of question marks on screen size and compatibility with some softwares since XPERIA is having a rather unusual yet very neat top notch screen size(800x480)WVGA. Some of you are already PDA owners and are having licenses to some S/W's. I just hope we can use these S/W's on the XPERIA.

Neutrals:
1) Battery size and drainage time (Will be same as TyTN II IMO as it has more MAH than the TyTN II's 1350mah but XPERIA will consume more for the VGA screen so in the end most probably around the same battery usage)
2) Optical Joystick, not really a fan of such input methods.
Always preferred precise input device like a 4way d-pad which the XPERIA already has but with very narrow keys as the Optical Joystick ate up the space. Then again, the optical joystick might be nice to scroll with. Good thing that it is available to replace the missing Jog-Wheel like the one on my TyTN II.
3) The screen having no frame (higher than the glass) which will be usefull with the gestures (Like HTC's CUBE), but is annoying as we might be having that thick annoying glass screen surface as on HTC Touch unlike TyTN II surface.
So, nice for gestures and bad surface (hopefully not).

Well, I shared mine let's hear other members.
Cheers

I've read the specs somewhere over the net, let me recheck where and post it to ya.
If I remember correctly, there was a mention of the 20Fps in the 1st released white paper (it didn't say in the white paper US)
But, it did elsewhere.
Let me check and post back to you.

You will find it here, but I remember reading it elsewhere too.

I'm pretty much convinced it's true, US model will be a no go buy for me.
We can always ship, but lookout for that when you are to buy

My only dislike is lack of 1700MHz support. I REALLY want a 3G Xperia with T-mobile.

Stuck with a 2 year old K750i atm. It's served me well, but it's starting to show its age.

The dpad actually does function as a 5-way button. It has dual functionality. Optical as well as precise tactile button pushing.

i think so far SE is doing great job but there's 2 major things she should consider: 1st the accelerometer and second the iphone easy touch interface like shrink zoom and a WM7 is a must

The XPERIA does have an accelorometer with User Interface Auto-Rotate.
